1st in a series of birds

My friend offered me an art show next month at his space in La Jolla, so I'm in the process of making a series of birds for the show. I'm liking how they're turning out. I'll post the complete series when I'm done.

There's going to be a vw bus driving through all of these once I'm done. Everything was done digitally. I'm pretty happy with the results.

I drew this out a while ago, but didn't do anything with it until tonight. I wanted it to look sloppy with out being ridiculously out of hand. It's loosely based off a tattoo I've got.
